Geotesta’s laboratory is a NATA accredited facility providing a wide range of construction material testing services in house. Testing is conducted using state of the art equipment and experienced geotechnical technicians and engineers.
We provide the following testing:

- Compaction testing – standard and modified

- Sampling of aggregates
- Sampling from stockpile, pavement
- Particle size distribution
- Sieve analysis; material finer than 75μm
- Disturbed sampling from stockpile, pavement, windrow; undisturbed sampling
- Site selection by random and stratified random number
- Sample preparation; pre-treatment by repeated compaction
- Classification tests Section A2 (laboratory tests only) Moisture content (oven method, microwave); moisture content correlation method; liquid limit (Casagrande); plastic limit; plasticity index; linear shrinkage; particle density; sieve analysis; description, identification and classification of soils
